(nee Deans-Buchan) Passed peacefully on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Sunnybrook Hospital in her 81st year. Dear daughter of the late Buck and Marie and supporting sister to her late wee brother Geordie. Eliz, as she was always known, wore many hats during her life: loving wife of the late Robert Gordon; proud mother of Bob, Kate and Carolyn; supportive mother-in-law to Lesley Gray, Gordon Halsey, Richard Gregory and Robert Richardson; doting Buddy to Bobbie, Lauren, Andie, Heather, Sean and Frances; fond Auntie Eliz to Heather, Shelagh, Cinny, Susie, Susy, Johnny, Andy and Day; and a friend to all. A celebration of her life will be held at Forest Grove United Church, 43 Forest Grove Drive, 416. 222.2781, on Wednesday, January, 27 2010, at 2:00pm. In memory of Mrs. Gordon, memorial donations may be made to the Schulich Heart Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital.
