Passed away peacefully at home on April 2, 2006 in his 84th year, with his family at his side. A Veteran of World War II serving in India as a Pilot Flight Officer attached to the R.A.F. Beloved husband of Marion for 58 years. Loving father of Douglas and David (Gloria). Proud papa of Lindsay, Michelle, Matthew and Austin. Friends will be welcomed at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Wednesday, April 5, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A private family service will be held. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
