Passed away on Friday, October 5, 2007 at Humber River Regional Hospital - Finch Site at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Raylene. Loving father of Bruce and Joseph. Cherished grandfather of Tania. Jack will be sadly missed by his sisters Shirley (Bill) Forde, Theresa MacPhee and Grace MacLean, and his brother Lloyd MacPhee. Friends may call on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker (191 Wade Gate, Thornhill). Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Arthritis Society.
