Passed away peacefully on January 11, 2012 at Hill House Hospice at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Bonnie. Loving father of Kim and her husband Michael Harrison and John and his wife Tracy. "Jelly Bean" Grandpa to Tara and Ben and "Chicken" Grandpa to William, Thomas and Sara. Dear brother of Tim and predeceased by his sister Anne. Beloved brother-in-law to Debbie and her husband Larry. Cherished uncle to Nicky and her husband Dan, Mark. Kent, Daphne, Michelle, Julie, Adam, Aaron, Stephanie, Genevieve and James. Friends may call on Saturday, January 21 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel at 4:00 p.m. Spring interment to take place in Haliburton at Twelve Mile Lake Cemetery.
