My deepest condolences to the DeFlorio family for the loss of Larry.  
Larry gave me my first teaching job at Seneca College in 2002. He had impeccable timing and a sense of humour that left me on the ground. He was passionate and genuine about art, animation and film and gave from the heart.  
There was only one Larry, R.I.P.

We always enjoyed his visits to the house and had some wonderful conversations with him each time he was here. Larry was my mentor, my instructor, my boss. He taught me not only skills but also life lessons.  He always shine me lights when I m deep down.  I wouldn't be able to do what I like to do as my career without him.  I will pass that idea on to help and teach whoever come accross in my life.



	I am Larry's apprentice.  That makes me proud.

Anna, I'm so sorry to hear about Larrys passing. He was truely a wonderful, charismatic and lovely man. My family and I are sending you lots of love and prayers. We'll miss him very much.

I first met Larry in the fall of 1998. I was attending a computer graphics program at Seneca college, Toronto and Larry was one of the teachers. Later I had he opportunity to work with Larry. When things looked difficult at work, Larry would show us the silver lining. Outside of work, Larry was always surrounded by friends. Larry's enthusiasm was behind several parties, dinners that brought everyone together. Those pleasant and fun memories will always be cherished by those who know Larry.

Larry was a gem, nothing less. He changed my life by helping direct my career to where I am now. I will be forever grateful. He will be missed.

We are extremely saddened by the loss of 'Uncle Larry'. We will miss Larry's sense of humour, his laugh, his smile, his creativity and his warm heart. We will miss Larry! Our condolences to his entire family .

Just heard from a past colleague about Larry's passing. I remember Larry as an affable person who took genuine interest in the people he worked with. He gave me a lot of good advice when I was starting out in the industry that I remember to this day. My deepest condolences to the family on their loss.

I was fortunate enough to work with Larry during his time here in Vancouver. He was extremely helpful and supportive in my career and will be missed as a friend and as a creative force in this town. My sincerest condolences to everyone in his family.

When I think of Larry, I go back to those carefree days of childhood. Memories of the DiFlorio family gatherings filled with laughter and love. We were young and lived only for the moment. Time passed and we all grew up and began lives of our own. Many of us lost touch and those much loved family gatherings became less and less frequent. Some of us moved away and some of us stayed. New branches of our family began to grow and each of us would hear the successes and the hardships from time to time which would be passed along through the family. I think what I'm trying to say is that although many many years have passed and we lost touch, I will always remember Larry as that young boy with tousled dark hair, intelligent eyes and a mischievous grin. My deepest condolences go out to all who loved Larry. Sleep well dear cousin.

Larry was a great guy who I had the pleasure of working with at Seneca College many years ago. My sincere condolences to his family & friends.

Larry was one of the first people I met in the animation industry in 2004, and his kindness, enthusiam and support are what stick with me the most when I think of when our paths crossed. My sincere condolences to his loved ones.

I had the great pleasure of knowing and working with Larry for nearly 10 years. He was a great mentor and most of all a great friend. I will miss him dearly.
