It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Bordonali in her 99th year at Hawthorne Place Care Centre, Toronto, on May 7, 2014. Predeceased by her husband Salvatore. She is survived by her four sons, Salvatore (Anna) of Torino, Peter (the late Lina), Corrado (MaryAnn), Quintino, daughter Marinella Antao (Ben), seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. We are grateful for the care and comfort she received at Hawthorne Place. Visitation will be held at the RS Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St. (at Goulding south of Steeles) on Monday, May 12, 2014 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. followed by funeral service in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
