Chase, Martha – February 5, 1922 – June 26, 2012. Warren Chase, announces the passing of his Beloved Wife of 70 years. Lost her battle to Alzheimer's that was bravely fought. The Family expresses gratitude for the loving care of Martha received at Elginwood Long Term Care and York Central Hospital. In celebration of her 90 years of treasured memories the family invites you to attend Martha’s Memorial Service. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 14, 2012 from 12-1 p.m. at Thornhill United Church, 25 Elgin Street, Thornhill, Ontario.
