Mary Patricia (Lobraico) Burnett

Pat passed away peacefully on December 12, 2021, in her 85th year, after a brief hospitalization. Survived by her husband James Burnett and many nieces and nephews in Canada and the USA. Pat was the much loved daughter of the late Peter Lobraico and Marie (Lapetina) Lobraico. Predeceased by her brothers Michael Lobraico and Vincent Lobraico and by her sisters Theresa Cuviello and Rose Paterson. Pat took comfort in her faith. She had compassion for the poor and the sick as evidenced by her years of volunteer work at Providence "Villa" and the 'Out of the Cold' program.

Thanks to the caring staff at Scarborough Retirement Residence and most recently, the staff at the Houses of Providence. Special thanks to Dr. M. Hillmer, Dr. T. Morey and Nurses P.J. and Terra of the CIU and Palliative units of Michael Garron Hospital for their compassionate care of Pat in her final days. The family also wishes to thank Dr. L. Lombardi, Pat's family doctor for over 30 years. A funeral mass will take place at Our Lady of Fatima Church. Burial at Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Houses of Providence is appreciated by James and the family.
