Michael Chuli

CHULI, Michael-Peacefully on January 30, 2003 at the age of 74. He was a devoted parishioner of the Slovak Cathedral and a dedicated employee of CP Transport for 40 years. Beloved husband of Anna for 52 wonderful years. Loving father of Marion Eibbitt and her husband Ken, and Gloria Burns and her husband Wayne. Cherished grandfather of Christa and Sean. He will be greatly missed by his cousin Magda Ilchik of Kosice, Slovakia. Long remembered by Stefan (brother-in-law), Ann, John, Zuzka and Petra Eperjesi, Ruzena (sister-in-law) and Laci Oros, also Diana and Jonathan Klein. Michael will be deeply missed by all of his close and dearest friends. Friends may call on Friday, January 31, 2003 from 2 - 9 pm at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge St., at Goulding, south of Steeles). A prayer service will commence at 7:30 pm, Bishop John S. Pazak officiating. A Funeral Celebration will be held at the Slovak Cathedral of Transfiguration (10350 Woodbine Ave.) on Saturday at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North York General Hospital Cancer Foundation. Michael could light up the room like no one else and his zest for life and joy of cruises will be an inspiration for his family and friends.
