Neil McLean Thompson

Neil passed peacefully in his beloved home on December 22, 2025 in his 85th year. He is pre-deceased by his best friend and loving wife, Judy (2017). He will be greatly missed but never forgotten by his children: Steve (Michelle), Julie (Dave), and Paul (Eranthie). Neil’s treasured grandchildren, Jaime, Dash, Dani, Hollse, Jayden, Sienna and Ryan all envision their grandpa pain free, and back in grandma’s arms smiling and singing a tune. Neil is also survived by his brother, Jim and his sister, Vaughan.

The family would like to express deep thanks and gratitude to Neil’s caregivers: Jenny, Helen, Suzette, Bella and Davey for their love and compassionate care of Neil. To Dr. Naimark for his VIP home visit. To Inessa at Ontario Health at Home for being the ultimate care coordinator.

A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
