Paul Ho-Wai Wong

Suddenly, with his sister and brother-in-law by his side, on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at York Central Hospital, at the age of 65. Predeceased by his beloved wife Helen. Loving father of Sylvia and Winnie. Survived by his parents Peter and Amy. Dear brother of Agnes (Anthony) and Victoria (Tony). Uncle of Ignatius (Tammy) and their daughter Sophie, Elaine (Mike), Kevin and Andrea. Paul graduated as an electrical engineer from Sir George William. In recent years, Paul was an active executive committee member of the Wah Yan College (Hong Kong) Ontario Alumni Association, acting as liaison to other overseas alumni. As a professional engineer, Paul worked for companies such as Taylor Instruments, Kilborn and Honeywell. In his leisure time, he was enthusiastic towards swimming, tennis and he volunteered with St. John Ambulance Brigade. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 6, 2010 from 6-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at York Cemetery.
