Phuoc is survived by his spouse, Truong Thi Thanh Dung; his daughter Tran Thuy Thao Nguyen (Thai Minh Huy); his son Tran QuocVinh; and his daughter Tran Thuy The An (Tang Vuong Minh Hoang).

A visitation for Phuoc will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L4J1W3. A funeral service will occur Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L4J1W3. A committal service will occur Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM, 8088 at Highland Hill Cemetery, 12492 Woodbine Avenue, Gormley, Ontario L0H 1G0.
