(Bill)-Passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2004. Beloved husband and best friend of Sophie. Dear father of Bill, Bob, Michael and Carole (Rick Timmy). Loving grandfather of Ashley, Danielle and Eric. He was a member for 48 years with the Toronto Police Service (Auxiliary). He was recognized and received on of the first Ontario Auxiliary Police Medal Awards in 1984. Friends may call on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Service on Saturday, April 10 in the funeral home at 11:30 am. Interment York Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
