After a courageous battle, Rodney Lord died peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, December 2, 2015. Born in 1942 in Nagpur, India, Rodney brought his young family to Canada in 1972. A devout Christian, Rodney was active in his evangelistic work within the Seventh-day Adventist community, and touched the lives of many people with his faith, generosity and compassion. He is a graduate of the Spicer Adventist College in Pune, India, and thrived during his years spent studying at Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University, Michigan. He spent 25 years working for the Toronto Transit Commission.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Princess Margaret Hospital or the Canadian Breast Cancer Society.
