Peacefully in his sleep on December 11, 2014 at his retirement home in Aurora. Beloved husband of 62 years to Vera (nee Moore). Loving father of Robert (Patti), David (Rafaela) and Maureen (Michael Whiter). Dear grandfather of Andrew, Erin, Mariah, Laura, Jeremy and Cristina. Survived by his brother John in Ireland. Visitation will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St. (at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Cremation.
