

Carl was born on November 23, 1933, to Joseph and Marian Bumbal. He grew up with a deep love for music and the outdoors. After completing high school, Carl proudly served his country for four years in the United States Navy. Following his service, he found his calling as a truck driver, where he worked diligently for many years.
Carl married the love of his life, Lorraine, in a beautiful ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Carl has previously resided in Duluth, MN, before moving to Westminster, CO, and eventually settling in Northglenn, CO.
Carl was a devout member of the Lutheran Church and was known for his kindness and dedication to his family. In his free time, he enjoyed writing songs, fishing, and playing the guitar, sharing his passions with those around him.
Carl is survived by his beloved wife, Lorraine Bumbal; his daughter Debbie Goldman (Greg); his son Joe Bumbal (Cindy); 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; his stepdaughter Sue Johnson (Larry); his stepson Bob Pedersen (Piper); his stepdaughter Diane Britton (Jack); 11 step-grandchildren; and 5 step-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Crystal Goldman, and his sister, Deloris Lamphire.
A funeral service will be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery on Monday, August 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
Carl lived a long and happy life, filled with love for the outdoors and the joy of family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
