Cecil Wallace Parker was born on March 7, 1921 in Brownwood, Texas to parents Burt Parker and Thelma Barnett. He passed away on November 21, 2011 in Northglenn, Colorado. He is survived by wife Mary Lou Parker and many other loving relatives and friends. Service is Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 2PM at Olinger Highland Mortuary, Thornton, Colorado. Cecil will be deeply missed by all who knew him amd loved him. He will be forever in our hearts and in our minds.
