Corinne Janis Martin

Corinne was born on February 13, 1936, in Fairview, South Dakota, to Henrietta and Jonathan Hottman. She lived a life full of love, faith, and devotion to her family and community.

She met her husband, Harold Martin, on a blind date, and they were married on April 4, 1959. Raising three children together—Timothy, Kathryn, and Jacqueline.

Corinne was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She leaves behind nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

A woman of deep Christian faith, Corinne was an active member of Good News Community Church. Her faith shaped how she lived and how she loved.

She found peace in the mountains and treasured time spent at her place on Lake Granby. She also had a joyful passion for square dancing, which brought her laughter and friendship.

Corinne will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.

She is preceded in death by her husband Harold and her parents, Henrietta and Jonathan. She is survived by her three children, seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and many beloved family members and friends.

Her earthly journey is complete, but her spirit lives on in all who knew and loved her.
