Dale was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and adoring great-grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Wendy Noffsinger, whose unwavering love and companionship were the cornerstone of his life.
He is also survived by his daughter Cynthia Garwood (Adam Nunn), and was preceded in death by his sons Lloyd (Kathy Noffsinger) and Richard.
Dale was a proud grandfather to Nicholle (Lorenzo) Moreno, Michelle (Colt) Smith, Landon (Samantha) Noffsinger, Tanner (Danielle) Noffsinger, and Nicholas Noffsinger. His legacy continues through his cherished great-grandchildren: Reagan Smith, Neve Moreno, Livia Moreno, and Emery Noffsinger.
Dale will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and deep devotion to his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
