David Francis Fleck

David was born on December 3rd, 1942 in Denver Colorado to Josepha and Ralph Fleck. He was 1 of 6 sons. David grew up in Commerce City Colorado and graduated from Adams City High School with the class of 1961. Often referred to as Dave or to many friends as Slicker. David married Susan Diane Smith and they had two children their daughter Pamela Sue and son David Alan.

David is survived by his son David Alan Fleck (Michelle Fleck) of Brighton Colorado. 7 Grandchildren Justin, David and Jacob Fleck of Brighton, CO; and step-son Lance Babcock. Justin and Larry Jones of Thornton, CO Lyndsey and Rocky Loy of Denver, CO and 1 great grandchild Rocky Jr. of Denver, CO. His Brothers Bert of Westminster, CO, Larry of Mesa, AZ and Raymond of Westminster, CO

David is preceded in death by his wife Susan Diane Fleck and daughter Pamela Sue Jones, brothers Al and Ralph Fleck.

David worked for Pepsi and Pacesetter Windows for most of his career. David then started work in construction and maintenance until he retired at the age of 62.

David married Susan Diane Smith after high school and began a family shortly after. David loved Weimaraner hunting dogs and dachshunds. He also enjoyed raising pigeons for many years in his backyard. David loved the outdoors with many hunting and fishing trips with family and good friends. His greatest moments were fishing with his brother Ralph. David also enjoyed competitive bowling, trap shooting, and softball.

The services will be held Friday August 10, 2018 at 10am to 11am at Olinger Highland located at 10201 Grant St., Thornton, Colorado 80229. A celebration of life will be held for David at his home 7081 Clermont Commerce City, Colorado at 12 noon.
