Don is survived by Bonnie, his best friend and loving wife of 61 years. Children Donny III(Susan) and Troy(Tracy). Grandchildren Farrah(Justin), Stephanie(Will), Dylan, Neveah, Jamie and Shelby. Great grandchildren Brianna, Jennica and Alex. Adopted grandchildren Chrissy and Teri Janssen, Estrella and Tony along and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Was (Papa) to many foster children of Adams County. Son John, diseased.
He spent 3 years in Germany as a Sergeant for the US Army. Then worked as a Foreman at Willis Case Golf course followed by a Superintendent at City Park golf course.
After early retirement Don and Bonnie took to the road in their RV, visiting family and fun places around the States. Don was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.
