She is survived by children Frank (Karen) Torres, Raymond (Gina) Torres and Anita (Pascual) Crespin; son-in-law Mike Birrenkott; grandchildren Jerry Torres, Joe Torres, Diana Cordova, Julie Nuss, Charlie CdeBaca, Lisa Roan, Christine Mendoza, Carol Gorman, Andrea Hernandez and Alicia Crespin; 16 great grandchildren; many great great grandchildren; sisters Minnie Leyba and Rosie Valdez. She was preceded in death by her husband Cornelio Torres; daughter LaVon Birrenkott and grandson Ray Torres, Jr.
Frances had many hobbies including arts and crafts (knitting, sewing, painting and pottery) and she enjoyed spending time at the senior center and with her family. She will be lovingly remembered.
Service to be held Monday, March 30th, 2:00pm at Olinger Highland Mortuary, 10201 Grant Street, Thornton CO 80229. Interment with her late husband, Cornelio, will follow at Olinger Highland Cemetery.
