66, a manufacturers representative in the metal manufacturing industry passed away on August 21, 2015 in Lafayette, Colorado. Gary is survived by his loving family; his wife of 36 years, Janet Bax, daughter Carrie (Jose Castillo) Bax, and a brother Stafford (Kathy) Bax, III.
