Jared graduated from Thornton High School in 2000.
Jared enjoyed spending time with his many friends from North Metro Community Services, traveling with family, sports, music, and observing the weather.
He is survived by his mother Susan Arends, father Wesley Arends, Josh and Pam Arends, brother and sister-in-law, Westminster; Jamie Wolfe and Jonathan Hyatt, sister and her significant other, Thornton; grandfather Gene Stefonowicz, Williston, ND, grandfather and grandmother Ed and Alma Arends, Williston, ND; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother and an uncle.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, Feb. 19, at Olinger Highland Mortuary at 10201 Grant Street, Thornton. A reception will follow at the mortuary.
