Jose Adan "Eddie" Quintana was born on December 10, 1924 in Capulin, Colorado to parents Jasper Quintana and Rosabel Quintana. He passed away on June 18, 2011 in Thornton, Colorado. He is survived by wife Candelaria Martinez; daughter Pat Serna; and many other loving relatives and friends. He was a welder by trade. Rosary is Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 7PM and Memorial Service is Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 11:00AM, both at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Thornton, Colorado. Burial to follow service at Olinger Highland Cemetery, Thornton, Colorado. Jose "Eddie" will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him. He will be forever in our hearts and in our minds.
