I didn't know him well but  enjoyed his sweet spirit the few times I saw him. He is and was very loved! May The Lord be with you as you mourn his passing. He is near to the brokenhearted.

I was not a blood relative of 'Papa Joe', but he was my best friends Grandpa. I got to spend some time with the family during Bday parties, Christmas Eve, etc. and got to know Papa during these wonderful times. 

He was so kind, and he will be so very missed.

I didn't know Papa Joe, but I do know his family loved their Sundays with Bronco games and good food!   So awesome that you all spent that time together and will have those special memories.

Uncle Joe was such a sweet man and will be missed by so many. He was so kind and soft spoken. As a child we would visit Colorado and always got a big hug from him. Prayers go out to the family.

Uncle Joe was a funny skiddish man. He had such a wonderful laugh I will never forget. Love and prayers to all family members

My thoughts and prayers go out to Uncle Joe's family. I have fond memories of him and he will be greatly missed. I love you all.

Papa Joe & I we're close and I will always cherish our time together. I saw him one three times a week & every Sunday. He was a silent leader of our family. When ever he needed any thing I was there n proud to do so.Papa Joe showed all of us how to be humble strong careing forgiving. In twenty years I've known him he never said a foul word or a negative comment about anyone or anything !! What a mans man he truly was.He was a Navy Veteran and the patriarch of our large family.The values & life guidance & lessons he gave us will be sorely missed. I LOVE U PAPA JOE and I thank you for loving me back. I miss you!

I have so many great memories of uncle JB...when I was a kid and we would come to colo.as well as of my cousins..I will cherish those times forever..and truely miss one of my favorite uncles .God Bless you in your grief.I will be praying for you all during this time ..<3 Robin
