Kathleen Ellen Phillips was born on April 7, 1969 in Hollywood, Florida to parents Richard Robert Phillips Sr. and Kathleen Ellen Bayer. She passed away on March 21, 2012 in Westminster, Colorado. She is survived by her aunt Elizabeth Gimer and other loving relatives and friends. No Service is scheduled. Burial at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado.
