Laura Beth Waesche

Laura was born on November 9th, 1959, in Lufkin Texas to Gordon and Betty Hall. In 1991 Laura married Thomas Waesche in Lufkin Texas. Laura graduated from Lufkin Highschool, and she graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in cinematography.

Laura loved the Arts. She was a self-published writer, painter and musician. Laura particularly loved the music of Hawkwind, David Bowie, and King Crimson. Laura was a devote Christian and loved Jesus with her whole heart. She will be remembered for her strong will and quick sense of humor. Through good and bad, Laura could always be relied on for the perfect one liner that always perfectly fits the situation. Laura loved her children Sarah, Aaron, and Tyler very much and always kept them in her prayers.

Laura lived her final years in Burlington Colorado where even in bad health she remained tremendous passion for the things she loved, most of all her family.

Laura is survived by her husband, Thomas Waesche, daughter, Sarah Whaley, son, Aaron Waesche, son, Tyler Weasche, daughter-in-law, Breanna Waesche, son-in-law, Eli Whaley, mother-in-law, Marian Waesche, brother David Hall, and sister, Jan Stremel.

A service will be held in Burlington Colorado at First Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church at 2 PM.
