Leone M. Piper, 90 of Westminster. Beloved mother of Sheryl (Richard) Velin, Dennis Fear, and Jana Brown; also survived by her sister Evelyn Olson and 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren .Preceded in death by her husband’s Larry Fear and Wesley Piper.
