Marvin and his wife, Sandra, moved to Denver in 1960 where he went to business school. He worked for Cummins before finding his passion in starting his own business- drapery installation. They had 5 children. After his divorce in 1979, he married Myrna Repp and added 2 more children to his family.
Marvin is survived by his sister Shirley (Gene) Vogl and brother Jerome (Louise); children Merlin (Pierrette), Terry (Julie), Jane (Mike) Pennel, Mike (Sherry), Marlene, Barb (Jim) Kientz, and Ken Repp; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

A Committal Service will be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229, US, on April 27, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
