Mary Albert Martinez of Brighton, Colorado passed away June 30, 2018 in Brighton. She was born on April 11, 1928 in LaSalle, Colorado to Damacio and Agustina (Garcia) Lujan. She was married to Albert Martinez for 70 years and together they had 2 sons. Mary loved camping, fishing and crafting. She is survived by her son Rudy Martinez; 9 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert and son Richard. A visitation will be held Monday, July 9 from 4 – 6pm followed by a Recitation of the Rosary at 6pm. Both at Olinger Highland Mortuary, 10201 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado. A Mass of Christian Burial followed by a reception will be Tuesday, July 10 at 11am at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 178 S 6th Avenue, Brighton, Colorado 80601. Burial following reception at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Greeley, Colorado.
