Myrna Armstrong was born in Webster City, Iowa on November 2, 1927. Shortly after Myrna attended York Christian College; she married Dean Armstrong on June 2, 1946. After her loving husband, Dean passed away in 1982, Myrna met Robert Hurst and they wed in November 1983. During Myrna’s 85 beautiful years of life; she enjoyed singing, fishing, and playing the violin. Myrna is survived by her children Mary Jo (Gary) Benson, Dennis (Lynnell) Armstrong, and Kenneth (Betty) Armstrong; grandchildren; Kristianna (Shane) Simmons, Lindsay Nerad, Courtney Armstrong, KC Armstrong, and Matthew (Desirae) Armstrong; great grandchildren; Cameron Armstrong, Brycen Armstrong, Oliver Simmons and Layla Perkins. She is preceded in death by her parents Theodore and Pearle Weedman, Dean Armstrong (husband), and Robert Hurst (husband). Myrna touched many lives and will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
