Norman Phillip Cypher Sr. 72 of Thornton, CO passed away October 26, 2016 peacefully with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great granddaughter by his side. Norman was born February 20, 1944 in Salina KS to Guy and Phyllis (Oborg) Cypher. He married the love of his life Regina Stapleton on October 9, 1971. Norman worked at EG&G Rocky Flats for 30 years, retiring in 2000. He was a graduate of Alameda High School, Class of 1962, Norman served in the US Army. Norman enjoyed fishing, boating, his tomato plants, and most of all his family. Norman is survived by his mother Phyllis (Oborg) Cypher, his wife of 45 years Regina Stapleton Cypher, a daughter Tiffany Bryant and her husband Rick of Federal Heights, CO, a son Norman Cypher Jr. of Thornton, CO. four grandchildren Joseph, Mikaela, Ryan, and Guy, a great granddaughter Kynlie, a sister Joyce Lesher and her husband Bob, two brothers Dennis Cypher and his wife Jill, Thomas Cypher and his wife Rhonda, several nieces and nephews. Norman is proceeded in death by his farther Guy Carlton Cypher.
