Patricia Lourdes Honeycutt

Patricia L. Honeycutt passed away on June 19, 2017 in her assisted living home in Westminster, Colorado. Pat was born in Weston, Colorado on May 1, 1937 to John and Emma (Cordova) Lopez. Pat and Murl Honeycutt married in 1966 in Denver, Colorado and shortly after they began their family together. Pat was preceded in death by her husband, B. Murl Honeycutt. Pat is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Farrar (Mike), Brenda Fry (David) and her granddaughter, Heather Farrar. She is also survived by her brothers Norman Lopez and Sam Lopez, and her sister Loretta Johnson.

Pat was a dedicated elementary school teacher in the Denver area for 35 years. She and Murl raised their family in Northglenn and spent most summer weekends camping in the Colorado mountains. Pat and Murl were founding members of their church, Immaculate Heart of Mary, where Pat attended daily mass regularly. Pat was beautiful inside and out and will be dearly missed by many.

Services to be held at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church located at 11385 Grant Drive in Northglenn, Colorado on Monday, June 26, 2017 Rosary to begin at 7:00pm. With the Mass of Christian Burial to be held Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 10:30am, there is a luncheon to follow the Mass at the Parish Center.
