Richard Elmer Conner
September 29, 1919 - April 3, 2012
Richard Elmer Conner was born on September 29, 1919 in Rawlins, Wyoming to parents William Vernon Conner and Rosa May Hines. He passed away on April 3, 2012 in Westminster, Colorado. He is survived by his wife of over seventy years, Olga (Evanoika) Conner, son Robert Conner, grandchildren John R Conner, Karen R Haigney, Sarah E Veldhouse, Jennifer G Conner, and many other loving relatives and friends. Richard was a World War II veteran and served his country in the U. S. Navy. After the war, Richard and Olga built a home in Westminster where they raised their two sons Richard Jr, and Robert.
Richard lived in the same house he and Olga built until he closed his eyes for last time on April third.
He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him and his memory will be in our hearts forever.
Service is Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 10AM at Olinger Highland Mortuary. Burial to follow at Olinger Highland Cemetery. Richard will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him. He will be forever in our hearts and in our minds.
