Ruby passed away on August 16, 2013.
She was loved by her friends and family and will be greatly missed.
Ruby is survived by her children, Gary V. (Lynda) Starns, David O. (Melanie) Starns and Rochelle R. (Christopher) Starns-Schell; grandchildren, Scott R. Starns, Kristi (Jay) Williams, Keith (Amanda) Starns and Ruby C. Schell; and great-grandchildren, Ethan S. Starns and Riley R. Starns.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence, and granddaughter, Hannah Marie Mitchell.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 11:00 am at Westminster Grange Hall.
