Petie was a remarkable, multi-faceted woman who truly blessed the lives of those privileged enough to know her.  She was kind and caring, very smart, beautiful, always stylish,accomplished, spiritual and loving. Petie was a phenomenal wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt, sister-in-law, and friend. She raised a beautiful family that anyone would be proud of, and they will always carry the love and lessons she imparted to them. She was truly a one-of-a-kind person with a huge heart, a radiant personality, and a contagious smile that would light up any room.  We have so many memories of fun times with Petie--some at special occasions shared with many people, and some "quiet" times where we just talked (often on the phone very late into the evening) about anything from soup to nuts. There's no way anyone who ever met or knew Petie could ever forget her.  She was, and will always be, completely unforgettable.  She has left a big imprint in this world, and is surely continuing to do so in Heaven.  We love you, our dear, forever friend!

So sorry Grant, Robyn, and your family for the loss of your mother.  I have great memories of your mother and family.  I am sure your mother and father are smiling (as always) down on you from Heaven.

My condolences to the family.  She was my dads secretary at the Milwaukie RR in the 1950 & 60's.  My wife and I were on an RV caravan in Alaska in 1994 and she was on a cruise ship in Skagway and we ran across her while she was walking down the street.

Petie was one of my grandmother's dearest friends. I remember her always being in my life - vivacious, gorgeous, and with a smile and warmth that made me feel like family. She will be missed deeply and remembered sweetly.

I remember Petie as a beautiful lady with a lovely home and great smile,
I was very young then.  My father worked with Bob back in the day at
Frigidaire.  News of her passing brings back many memories of our

My heartfelt sympathy to Petie's family.  I had the privilege of knowing her for 22 years.  She was a very special person, and will be greatly missed.  Loved talking to her.  Very comforting!

I love my precious Petie, and will be so excited to see her in Heaven!!  I treasure all the years I was privileged to help her with her interior design projects, and just share, hug and love on her.  What a wonderful family she has in Robyn, Grant, Melinda, and the children...a beautiful representative of who Petie was, and will live on in who her childten are....God's blessings, and peace to all...I send all my love and prayers....

I am so grateful for Petie's smile, good humor, and kindness when we were kids, and for the blessing of visiting with her just a few weeks ago, a lady clearly in her waning days but still very much alive: smiling, good humored, and kind. My sweet Petie,I am so thankful I got to know you as your friend, and as your caregiver. You were like my mother in so many ways. Always dressed for success even if we just had,to run to the bank or Freddys. Between the 2 of us,we kept Mac in business with our various colors of lipstick we HAD to have. I feel honored to have been your friend and caregiver over the years. And,on Tuesday,I was again honored to be there when you went to meet your Maker,and to be with the love of your life,Bob.Not to mention others who have left this earth. Until we meet again sweet friend. I love you and will miss you deeply. I will make sure Robyn is not alone, Tony and I are here for her, always.

I had the pleasure of seeing Petie almost every single Friday afternoon for 5 years when I worked for her hair stylist.  Petie was always dressed to the nines and had a heart of gold to match her accessories.  I was so blessed by her and am happy to have met her.  I always enjoyed hearing her many stories and we got a kick out of razzing each other about football.  My many condolences to Robyn and the rest of the family.  See you on the other side, Petie!  May you rest in peace. <3
