Charles A. Rogers Jr., 97, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away on June 22, 2018. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 5, 1921. Charles graduated from Lakewood High, Ohio and received a Bachelors of Science at Ohio University.
He was married to Helen Marie on October 22, 1948. Charles had a career in insurance for Farmers Insurance in Oregon. He was a member of the United States Army. He had a passion for singing, helping at soup kitchens and had a unique passion for drama. He is survived by his son, Charles A. Rogers III and daughter-in-law, Sandra L. Rogers.
