He was born and raised in Carlsbad, California where he enjoyed school activities and surfing with friends. After high school he joined the United States Navy and enjoyed a successful 22 year career serving our country on several submarines. After retiring from the US Navy he went to work for a few military contractors, landing at FLIR Systems in Wilsonville, OR where he was the Vice President of Operations for many years.
Frank enjoyed spending time with his family and loved fishing and could be found on the ocean and local lakes doing what he loved most.
Frank and his wife Rita enjoyed traveling the world and loved calling Lake Oswego, Oregon their home for many years.
Frank is survived by his wife Rita, daughter Joy, and sons Joe and Larry.
A military service with honors will be held at Willamette National Cemetery in Happy Valley, Oregon on May 3, 2024 at 2pm.
