Laura Renee Schreiber

Laura Renee Schreiber, beloved mother, daughter, sister, Nana, and friend, passed away on July 11, 2025, in Tigard, Oregon, at the age of 59.

Born December 12, 1965, Laura lived a life filled with compassion, laughter, and love. She had a gentle spirit and an open heart, always ready to listen, support, and uplift those around her. Her laughter-often heard before she could finish a joke or story, was one of her most cherished qualities, and her ability to bring joy to others was truly one of a kind.

Laura had a deep love for animals, and her dear cat, Star, held a special place in her heart. Whether caring for pets or simply appreciating the beauty of the natural world, her kindness and nurturing soul shone through in all she did.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Kristina Hartman; sons Christopher and Anthony; her loving mother, Sandy Trotter; her brothers Mario and Val; Sister Melinda (MiMi); Auntie to Anthony, Matthew, Gabriel, Johnathan, Mark, Luis, John, and her two grandchildren, Sophia Jane (14) and Millo Shea (11), who were the light of her life. She was a proud and adoring Nana, and a loyal friend to many.

Laura’s presence will be deeply missed, but the love she gave, and the memories created will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A mother’s love is a beacon of hope and light in our lives. Though she may be gone, her love remains. What we have once enjoyed, we can never lose. All that we deeply love becomes a part of us.
