Pat (Weller) Moar, a native Oregonian, died in Portland, Oregon on October 14, 2019 at the age of 85. Born in Tigard, Oregon on October 5, 1934, Pat was one of four children born to Jessie and William F. Weller. She attended Tigard High School with her siblings, as her mother and siblings had done before her. She graduated from Tigard High School in 1952 and started her career with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) January, 1953. Pat worked at the IRS until she retired in 1991, having taken time off to marry Lawrence (Larry) Moar in 1954 and giving birth to William, Marti, and Michael Moar. Pat and Larry also raised two foster children, LeaAnne and Michael (Joe) Giroux.
Preceded in death by her husband, Larry Moar, Pat is survived by her three children, William, Marti, Mike, her four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
