Paul Edward Goucher, age 31, of Tigard, Oregon passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020. Paul was born May 9, 1989 to Gordon Paul Goucher and Theresa Louise Mason in Portland, Oregon.
A cremation for Paul will be held. A celebration of his life will be arranged in future months at the Oregon Coast, where he visited often since his birth and cherished its beauty so much.
