Ruth worked for the Beaverton School District, before retiring after 26 years of service.
Ruth and her husband William enjoyed travelling around the U.S. in their motorhome.
She is survived by her children Bill Leise, Barb Matteucci, Kay Carbaugh, and Ronya Nichols; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband William.
