On May 12, 2021 Barbara Eugenia Whiteley (nee Huff) beloved mother of Dawn Kurek and her husband Richard, George Whiteley and his wife Debbie, Gary Whiteley and his late fiancé Wendy Decker, and Karen Simmons and her husband Karl Clayton. Loving grandmother of Jennifer Kurek-Wohn, Kaitlin Simmons, Kathrin Simmons, Lydia Whiteley, Alissa Whiteley, Elijah Whiteley, Genadi Whiteley, Zhanet Whiteley, Lacie Setser, Adam Whiteley, Bethany Whiteley, Nathaniel Whiteley, and Corey Whiteley. Great-Grandmother of Kennedy and Aviana Setser. Sister of Sandra Elder and the late Charles Huff, Jr., Mildred Erek, Roselle Hill and Shirley Wright.

Family will receive friends at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. 10 West Padonia Road Timonium, MD 21093 on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. Interment in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. The family has expressed their wish that gestures of sympathy in lieu of flowers be made by charitable donations to the "Johns Hopkins University", c/oFund for Johns Hopkins Medicine, 550 North Broadway, Suite 724A, Baltimore, MD, 21205. Please include a note indicating the donation is in memory of Barbara Whiteley and intended to benefit the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center in the Department of Neurology.
