On July 1, 2023 Denise Cordelia “ Neicy “ Scott passed away. She is the devoted mother of Michael David Scott and Daniel Scott Hawks; daughter of the late Louis Edward Scott, and Mary Virginia Speed Scott; dear sister of Jeffrey Maurice Scott, Romanita Gaddy and the late Robin Keith Scott; cherished grandmother of 5 and great grandmother of 1; cousin of Kathy Daughton, Debbie Butler, and Pam Butler. Neicy is survived by her longtime friend Cindy Haraughty, longtime companion and friend Sherrie Lee and her faithful dog the late Little Bit.
The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 2:00-4:00pm & 6:00-8:00pm, where a Celebration of Neicy’s Life will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 1:00pm.
Interment St. Luke’s Cemetery, 16810 Hereford Rd, Monkton, Maryland 21111.
In lieu of Flowers donations may be made in Neicy’s name to the Cancer Center at Hopkins ( Weinberg Center) .
