On August 23, 2023, Elmer Stephen Wolter passed away peacefully at Lorien Mays Chapel surrounded by his family; beloved husband of Helen Wolter, devoted father of MaryJo Sergi and her husband Lou, Katherine Wah, Stephen Wolter and his wife Claudia, Barbara Campbell and her husband Lee, Robert Schingeck and his wife Jennifer, Renee Marquart and her husband Frank and Allison Schingeck; loving grandfather of Morgan Sergi and her husband Zach, Jack Sergi and his wife Ciara, Lauren Sergi, Brian Sergi, Andrew Wah, Christopher Wah, Matthew Wolter, Kathryn Wolter, Chase Campbell, Evan Campbell, John, Helen, Catherine, William, and Leo Schingeck, Victor Marquart and his wife Morgan, Bronwen and Gareth Bevans; great-grandfather of Brooke Sergi and Blake Vickers; dear father-in-law of Bob Bevans and Mark Wah; cherished cousin of Susan and Bill Lott and their children Bill and Kevin. Also survived by other loving family and friends.
