On December 23, 2016 EVELYN JEAN CHAPMAN (nee Clarke); beloved wife of the late Edward T. Chapman; loving mother of E. Julia Clark, David E. Chapman, Priscilla Stoll, Debbie Mandley and the late Toni Lee Wessell; devoted sister of Lena, Roy, Allan, Harold, Linda, Arnold, Dottie and the late Ralph.
