Ivan Luke West, Jr.

A dedicated student, Ivan approached life with focus and determination. He valued health and strength, and physical fitness was a meaningful part of his daily life. He had a special love for his family and treasured the time spent with them—especially on travels, with Thailand holding a special place in his heart.

Ivan’s passions reflected his curious and vibrant spirit. He was an avid fan of Anime, especially Dragon Ball Z—Goku being his favorite hero. A lifelong gamer, Ivan enjoyed playing Halo, collecting every Xbox ever released, and sharing his gameplay on his own YouTube channel. He loved food—truly all food—with a particular fondness for Asian cuisine.

Movie nights with his sister were a joy he looked forward to, especially when a new Marvel film was released.

His family and friends will forever cherish his memory and carry his spirit in their hearts. Ivan is the beloved son of Ivan Luke West, Sr., and Eboni Christina West ( nee Saunder); cherished brother of Zanae West and I’Nel West; dear uncle of Jayce; grandson of Barbara Gray and Charles West, Sr., and the late Robert and Edith Saunders. He is also survived by a host of caring Aunts, Uncles, Greats Aunts and Uncles, and cousins and friends. Ivan’s warmth, loyalty, and gentle humor made him a constant source of comfort and light to those who knew him.

The family will receive friends at Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at york Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Sunday, August 31, 2025 from 10am to 11am at which time a services to honor Ivan’s life will be held at 11am.
