On April 17, 2012 MARGARET MORRIS (nee Himich). Mrs. Morris was born and raised in Bridgeport, Conn. After college she became a chemist and then worked for General Electric where she met her husband. After raising her son, she became a research librarian at the Bridgeport Public Library. She had an interest in art and after moving to Maryland in the 1980s, the interest was rekindled. Mrs. Morris was a 20-year member of art classes at Bykota Senior Center and won numerous awards and ribbons at the Maryland State Fair. She was the beloved wife of the late Hugh I. Morris, Jr.; loving mother of Dr. Brian H. Morris and his wife Ruth; dear sister of the late Elvira Ducsay; cherished grandmother of Lauren Morris; devoted aunt of Kevin Keegan.
The family will receive friends in the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC. 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on Friday, 10-11am at which time Funeral Services will be celebrated. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
