Martin (Joe) Gallagher, 83 passed away on February 22, 2015 surrounded by his loving family; Joe was the loving husband of the late Barbara J. Gallagher; devoted father of Lauren G. Perrella and her husband John, and Karen G. Ames and her husband Al; dear brother of Ann Finson and her husband Michael, and the late Thomas, Frank, and William Gallagher; Cherished grandfather of Julianna, Olivia, Evan, Nicholas, and Riley.
Mr. Gallagher worked for 32 years with the federal government, retiring in 1994 as a member of the Senior Executive Service. Prior to his government career, he served 4 years in the United States Navy.
A funeral service will be celebrated at LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on Sunday, March 1 at 10am. Interment Private.
